What a year it's been!  2-Bit Palomino is the Texas Music Awards "Vocal Group of the Year" for 2011.  It wasn't but just a year ago, that this trio of fine Texas Singer/Songwriters were just getting together musically! Now you can catch a 2-Bit Palomino show throughout the State of Texas, as well as some surrounding States.

2-Bit Palomino is a thoroughbred musical powerhouse consisting of Bill Ward, Ren Renfree and Andi Renfree. In just a short time, they've found the rarely found combination of musical style, vocal blending, harmony and songwriting!

Bill Ward is a beloved figure in the Texas Music arena as well as the National Folk genre.  He has released several albums worth of original material on SongDog Records and has acquired quite a following over the years.  His passion is writing songs that have a deep emotional meaning and performing them in environments where the listener can get the most out of his music.  You can catch him at the Kerrville Folk Festival, WildFlower! Music and Arts Festival and many other loved venues and events.

Ren and Andi are also known as "The Renfrees" and are fast becoming entrenched in the Texas Music Scene. Living in the Houston, TX area, Andi and Ren have many recorded songwriting credits, including Andi's co-write "Buffalo Grass" which was released by Capitol Records recording artist Chris LeDoux on his final studio album "Horsepower".  They perform in and around the Houston and Austin markets and are expanding their reach as artists into new and accepting markets!
